QR codes/Covid restrictions

It is a requirement that every person who enters the salon must use the QR code and "check in". If you are unable to do so, a member of staff will assist you to do so via salon Mobile.

From 6pm Friday 29th October only Fully Vaccinated clients may attend salon for any service.

Children of Fully vaccinated house holds or certified medical exemption are the only NON VAX people we are allowed to have in.

 

Please be mindful this is not our decison, but we will not bend the rules so please DO NOT ASK.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply.

 

In the case that the appointment is confirmed by text and cancelled the following applies:

- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total valued applied to your account.

- Less than 12 hours will result in 100% of the booked value being added to the account to be paid before any future bookings, with FULL pre-payment required for any future bookings.

 

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE- you may forfeit your appointment and any deposits paid. To rebook another appointment after late arrival at anothe time, a deposit will be required of 50% of booking value.

- “NO SHOWS” will be required to pay a 50% of the booked service that was unused and a deposit of 50% of the new booked service before any future appointments (redeemable on the new booked service).

On a second occurrence the client will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount prior to future appointments and with FULL pre-payment required for any future bookings. 

XMAS BOOKINGS (DEC 5-24)- NO SHOWS WILL HAVE 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICES ADDED TO THEIR ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT BEFORE ANY FURTHER APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE ***NO EXCEPTIONS!!***


Visitor/tourist colour appointments require a deposit that is redeemable on the service.

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand by clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules full, thus better serving everyone.
